SBI to Block Net Banking for Users if Mobile Number Not Linked With Account by Nov 30
India'south largest public bank, the State Bank of India (popularly chosen SBI) has set a tight borderline for people to add link their banking company accounts with their mobile numbers. If SBI account holders practice not link their accounts to their mobile numbers by Nov 30, they will lose access to cyberspace cyberbanking.
SBI notified its users that those who accept not registered their mobile number will non be able to access the cyberspace banking facility. Furthermore, those users who still try to log into their net banking business relationship will take their credentials instantly blocked.
Using a marquee ticker on its internet cyberbanking portal, onlinesbi.com, SBI is advising users to annals their mobile numbers with their bank accounts to avert repercussions.
"Attention Dear Internet Banking users, please register your mobile number with Bank immediately through any Branch, if not already registered, failing which your access to Internet Cyberbanking Services may be stopped with result from 01.12.2018", the ticker reads.
